How to Request a Return or Refund
Follow these simple steps to request a return or refund for your order. You’ll need your order number and a short description of the item(s) you’re returning and the reason for the request. Everything else can be done through the Help widget available on any page.

Find Your Order Number
You can find your order number in two ways:
Option 1: From Your Account (Desktop)
- Tap the
Account icon at the top of the page.
- Choose Orders from the menu.
- Click the See Details button to review the order.
- Your order number will appear (for example: 171).
- The page also shows a list of the items you purchased, with their names and details — use this to identify the specific item you want to return.
Option 1: From Your Account (Mobile Menu)
- Tap the menu icon ☰ in the top-left corner.
- Choose My Account from the menu.
- Select Orders to see a list of your past purchases.
- Click the See Details button to review the order.
- Your order number will appear (for example: 171).
- The page also shows a list of items you purchased with their names and details — use this to identify the specific item you want to return.
Option 2: From Your Email
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Your order number appears near the top.
- The email also lists each product by name — use that to identify the specific item you want to return.
✅ Once you have your order number and the name of the item (if applicable), continue to Step 2.

Open the Help Widget
- On any page, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Tap the floating Help icon — this opens the support window.
💡 Tip: The Help widget is always visible and easy to access from any page.

Submit the Return Form
Inside the Help window:
- Expand the section titled Refunds / Returns.
- Fill out the form with the following:
- Name – your full name
- Email – the same one you used to place your order
- Subject – write something like “Refund request” or “Return request”
- Order Number – the number you found in Step 1
- Description – briefly explain what went wrong and include the name of the item (or items) you’re returning. For example: “The black hoodie arrived with a tear in the sleeve.”
- Photos – upload pictures if helpful (for example, damaged, incorrect, or missing items)
- Complete the CAPTCHA verification.
- Tap Submit to send your request.
